Shipping Policy

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
All of our items are made to order just for you! Due to this we have a 21 day dispatch time to allow enough time for your items to get to us.

What are my shipping options?
If you are UK based you have the option to choose between standard second class shipping or tracked shipping. Unless you pick the tracked option for your order I will not be able to track your order should it go missing or be taking longer than normal to arrive.

For any international orders all are sent tracked just to be extra safe as there’s more chance of items going missing with how far they’ll be travelling and this way we can both keep an eye on it.

What about customs fees?
If you are not UK based you may have to pay customs fees once your order gets to you. We are not liable for these fees and we do not cover the expense of import VAT. Please take this into consideration before ordering. Unfortunately, this now also includes anything sent to the EU.

What if I only want to purchase stickers?
If you would like to only purchase stickers please contact me and I can offer a reduced shipping cost.
